THE PERFECT RING PROMISE
If at any time during the first year of ownership, you decide that your engagement ring isn't perfect, we will do whatever it takes to make it perfect, up to and including a total remake.
How can we promise this?
If you don’t completely love your custom engagement ring, you may return it within 60 days, no questions asked. Within 365 days, you may exchange your ring and apply its full value toward another engagement ring. This policy does not apply to engagement rings with natural gemstone center stones.
We're able to make this promise because we have an industry leading lifetime warranty, unequaled quality control, and most important, an absolute commitment to our clients. If tragedy strikes, we will repair, replace, or remake your custom engagement ring free-of-charge.
